Thank you for visting my site!
I am an applications developer specializing in software for call center performance analysis and management.
I am working with IBM until the end of 2012 on a project with a footprint in the United States, Philippines and India.
I was previously a Six Sigma Black Belt and Business Analyst completing projects and delivering training. In 2010 I moved on to applications development. This gave me a way to integrate what I had learned in data and performance analysis directly into business intelligence applications.
This transition was a big challenge but also a lot of fun!
